Busy lives mean that we cannot always attend the live class that we would like. How would you like to have a new guided class emailed to you each week for you to practice at home at a time that suits you? Each week Louise records a new class for her clients. She has been building a back catalogue of weekly Youtube classes that you can also have access to.
